Role Overview

AXO is hiring an Application Development Officer in Doha, Qatar. This full-time onsite role is centered on Oracle enterprise application development and support, with a strong focus on HRMS within Oracle eBusiness Suite.

What You’ll Work On

  • Contribute to Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.2.x HRMS work, especially Core HR, Payroll, and OTL.
  • Build and maintain solutions using OAF, Oracle Workflow, Fast Formula, XML Publisher, and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Handle customization and enhancement of standard workflows, interfaces, self-service pages, and personalization tasks.
  • Work across RICEW components and related technical objects.
  • Create Oracle APEX reports and forms when required; this is considered an added advantage.
  • Support Finance and SCM-related activities where needed, which will also be an advantage.
  • Prepare technical design documents and produce clear test plans, including documentation and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, senior leaders, management teams, and external advisors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or an equivalent qualification from a well-regarded university is required.
  • At least 8 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.2.x HRMS.

Technical and Professional Profile

  • Strong hands-on exposure to OAF development, Oracle Workflow, Fast Formula, XML Publisher, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in extending standard Oracle workflows and building interfaces and self-service functionality.
  • Comfortable working with RICEW components and related customizations.
  • Prior experience creating technical design documentation and test documentation.
  • Ready to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to new platforms.
