Role Overview

The position of All Staff is a full-time, on-location role based in Hospet. It involves supporting the resort’s daily operations in areas including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and general maintenance when necessary. Responsibilities encompass greeting guests, addressing inquiries, ensuring cleanliness and safety in rooms and common spaces, assisting with meal service, arranging dining or event areas, managing basic front desk functions, and liaising with various departments to fulfill guest needs. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, and commitment to uphold the resort's standards and quality of service are essential.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities for professional guest and colleague interaction.
• Basic organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively, especially during busy times.
• Ability to follow directions, comply with safety and hygiene protocols, and accurately perform routine operational duties.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration capability to assist different departments and promote a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or similar service roles is advantageous; however, candidates open to learning are encouraged to apply.
