All Source Analyst (Cybersecurity with Artificial Intelligence)

We are seeking a skilled All Source Analyst possessing expertise in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence to join our team at Fort Meade, Maryland in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce sophisticated analytical reports centered on cyber threat fusion and AI-derived insights, documenting major cyber incidents, new vulnerabilities, and AI-enhanced cyber threat vectors.
• Conduct detailed research and evaluation of technical intelligence, all-source reports, and AI-generated data with emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare practices targeting U.S. and DoD information systems.
• Apply knowledge of AI and cybersecurity to analyze network event data and AI alerts, assessing their effects on ongoing operations and crafting technical solutions leveraging industry best practices.
• Advise government stakeholders on resolving complex challenges and support new AI-driven initiatives' development and implementation.
• Perform comprehensive all-source analysis to determine adversary capabilities and intent, enhancing predictive and proactive cyber defense measures.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active SCI clearance within the past two years.
• Current residence and willingness to work full-time on-site at Fort Meade, Maryland.
• Minimum five years supporting military or intelligence operations.
• Experience performing all-source intelligence analysis within DoD, Intelligence Community, or combatant commands.
• Strong understanding of the intelligence cycle, analytic tradecraft, and collection disciplines.
• Familiarity with cyber threat environments, network operations, and offensive cyber tactics.
• Proficiency in analytical databases and tools such as M3, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, TIPs, and cyber analytic platforms.
• Ability to synthesize large sets of technical and non-technical data, including AI-generated evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leaders and operational teams on intelligence findings and emerging threats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Polygraph clearance within the last five years.
• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Cyber Security Analyst certification (CySA+) or equivalent.
• Over ten years of experience supporting military or intelligence missions.
• Background in cyber operations, threat intelligence, or network defense.
• Experience with predictive analysis or cyber incident response support.
• Understanding of AI/ML principles, automated analytics, or cyber fusion techniques.
