Overview
We are seeking a skilled Air and Sea Freight Sales Executive to join our expanding team based in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The selected professional will leverage their freight forwarding sales experience and solid network within the KSA market to attract B2C air and sea freight inquiries, converting them into tangible business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate fresh B2C air and sea freight inquiries and develop new business prospects.
- Build and sustain a strong and loyal customer base throughout the KSA region.
- Identify and pursue potential clientele via networking, referrals, and direct market engagement.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, transforming inquiries into confirmed shipments.
- Advocate for air freight, sea freight, and other associated logistics services.
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and secure sales agreements.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain ongoing communication with current and potential customers to foster loyalty.
- Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor actions, and fluctuating freight rates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years' sales experience within the KSA market.
- Proven background in freight forwarding or logistics sales environments.
- Established network of clients and business contacts in KSA.
- Specific experience handling air and sea freight sales is mandatory.
- Capability to initiate freight inquiries and successfully convert leads into shipment deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Highly goal-driven and self-motivated professional.
- Candidates possessing an existing portfolio of KSA clients will be given preference.
Compensation and Location
