Overview

This role is offered by a partner company based in Ireland seeking an AI Product Designer to innovate product design by merging creativity, technology, and artificial intelligence. The position involves transforming concepts into interactive prototypes that incorporate UX, UI, motion, content, and AI-enhanced workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Convert product and growth concepts into functional digital experiences, from initial ideas to interactive prototypes.
Create quick prototypes leveraging AI-first design platforms such as Figma Make and Claude Design along with other emerging technologies.
Develop user interfaces, user experiences, animations, and light front-end implementations as dictated by project requirements.
Translate project needs into wireframes, clickable prototypes, and polished design solutions.
Generate visual assets, multimedia content, images, and videos that enhance product interaction.
Utilize AI tools to speed up design workflows, experiment with innovative practices, and increase iteration velocity.
Work closely with growth teams and cross-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver across multiple product lines.
Continuously research and adopt new AI capabilities to integrate into the design process.
Clearly communicate design rationale and contribute ideas to strengthen product strategies and execution.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in product design, UX/UI, or equivalent roles with a digital product focus.
Capability to convert design ideas into working prototypes by coding or using AI-assisted development platforms.
Proficiency in crafting animations and interactive experiences at the code level.
Experience transforming business and product needs into wireframes and functional prototypes.
Strong skills in producing visual content, copy, and multimedia assets aligned with product objectives.
Regular use of AI design tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable platforms with proven high-quality outcomes.
Keen enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI tools, workflows, and tech advancements.
Portfolio evidencing projects created or significantly enhanced via AI-powered workflows.
Creative problem solver with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience launching independent or personal projects from concept to completion is advantageous.
