Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Native Software Engineer with solid experience in Java Full Stack development to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves designing and maintaining comprehensive full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. You'll be responsible for crafting scalable backend services alongside responsive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React/Angular/Vue.js.
- Create scalable backend components and interactive frontend applications.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as AgentAI, AI Copilots, and large language model (LLM)-based coding assistants to aid in coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate AI services, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) functionalities into projects.
- Adhere strictly to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and best engineering practices for delivering high-quality software.
- Work closely with software architects, developers, and AI experts to ensure cohesive application integration.
- Produce clean, secure, and maintainable code while optimizing application performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Java Full Stack development.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and skilled in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experienced with SQL and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, GraphQL, and cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLM-based coding assistants, and AgentAI.
- Good knowledge of RAG, AI service integrations, SDLC processes, Agile frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication capabilities.
- Educational qualification of 15 years of full-time study is mandatory.
