About the Role

We are looking for a driven AI Developer to join our team dedicated to creating advanced intelligent solutions across machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI. This position focuses on producing production-ready AI models and embedding them within scalable software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models tailored for practical applications.
• Construct and refine data pipelines to support training, validation, and inference workflows.
• Utilize large language models, NLP toolkits, and generative AI methodologies in development.
• Coordinate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and engineer features to enhance model input quality.
• Oversee, assess, and adjust model performance following deployment to ensure efficacy.
• Maintain thorough documentation of models, methodologies, and experimental outcomes.
• Keep abreast of advancements in AI research, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years of experience in AI or machine learning development roles.
• Competent with Python programming and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on expertise with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models including GPT, BERT, or Stable Diffusion.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling concepts.
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs, handling Docker containers, and utilizing cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices including continuous integration and deployment pipelines and model version control.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector database technologies like Pinecone and FAISS.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or managing deep learning systems at scale.
• Participation in open-source AI projects or contributions to academic research.
• Skill integrating AI features into mobile or web applications.
