Role Overview
Seeking a contract Adobe Photoshop Specialist to deliver engaging training sessions remotely, focusing on intermediate Photoshop skills and its AI-enhanced features. This role offers flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, compensated between $21 and $70 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct interactive training focused on intermediate Photoshop capabilities including AI-powered tools.
- Develop detailed educational resources such as tutorials and learning guides for audiences with varied backgrounds.
- Evaluate participants' progress and provide thoughtful feedback to foster skill advancement and confidence.
- Keep abreast of recent updates in Photoshop AI technologies and related industry developments to continuously improve training material.
- Work collaboratively with the client’s team to identify specific workflow requirements and tailor learning solutions accordingly.
- Lead coaching in both group settings and individual sessions, customizing instructional approaches to optimize learning outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Intermediate expertise in Adobe Photoshop with practical experience incorporating AI features into projects.
- Strong skills in digital design and image editing techniques.
- Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal, emphasizing clarity and empathy.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching, primarily within creative fields.
- Self-driven and well-organized with an ability to tackle challenges independently in a remote work environment.
