Admission Counsellor

About the Role

Event University is seeking an energetic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join their team. This role involves effectively communicating with potential students and converting leads into confirmed admissions. The counsellor will guide prospective students throughout the entire admission journey by providing detailed course information, clarifying admission processes, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure enrollment success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and counsel prospective students via phone, email, and WhatsApp communication channels.
• Explain course details, career prospects, and the advantages of enrolling at the institute to convert leads into enrollments.
• Arrange and invite students to visit the campus for personalized counseling sessions and orientation.
• Conduct individual counseling meetings with students and their parents to assist in selecting the most appropriate programs.
• Maintain continuous follow-up communication with interested candidates until admission formalities are finalized.
• Keep admission data and lead information updated within CRM or record-keeping systems.
• Ensure accurate dissemination of information regarding courses, fees, batch timings, and admission rules.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and academic departments to ensure streamlined admission processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong capability in sales and counseling within an educational context.
• Proficiency in handling communications through calls, emails, and messaging platforms professionally.
• Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Marketing, Business, or Education.
• 1 to 5 years experience in admission counseling, tele-calling, or educational sales; however, fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Additional Information

• Location: Delhi-NCR, India.
• Employment Type: Full-time position.
• Salary Range: INR 18,000 to 65,000 per month.
