Job Responsibilities
- Remotely oversee security camera footage to detect any suspicious or unusual behaviors.
- Collaborate with internal departments promptly during emergencies or accidents.
- Ensure the security and safety of company trucks at all times.
- Provide detailed accident reports or video evidence to the Safety team if incidents occur.
- Stay well-informed of workplace policies and adhere to office regulations.
- Remain vigilant for disturbances or suspicious activity, evaluate risks, and request assistance if necessary.
- Act to prevent or stop disturbances and defuse potentially confrontational or threatening situations.
- Support Emergency Response Plans during any critical incidents.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive electronic records related to security activities.
Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy including experience with Windows 7 or later, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and internet usage.
- Sound decision-making skills, demonstrating confidence and good judgment.
Work Schedule
This position offers flexible shift options including an afternoon shift (3 PM to 12 AM) and a night shift (11 AM to 8 AM).
