Job Summary
This role is for a well-organized, proactive, and detail-focused Administrative Assistant who can keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. The ideal person will bring solid administrative experience, strong communication skills, and good command of Microsoft Office tools. Being comfortable with technology and able to juggle several priorities in a busy environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee routine administrative tasks and general office support.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and management calendars.
- Set up meeting schedules and send out invitations and reminders.
- Draft, refine, and format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Keep files, records, and office paperwork accurate and well maintained.
- Respond to calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
- Liaise with internal teams as well as outside contacts and stakeholders.
- Support data entry, report preparation, and day-to-day office administration.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or comparable position.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Hands-on experience in calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and appointment management.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary offered is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month, plus additional benefits in line with labor law.
