About the Company
The client is a prominent real estate and investment firm specializing in the development and management of expansive, mixed-use projects and high-end residential neighborhoods. Their diverse portfolio includes luxury residences, affordable housing, retail establishments, and hospitality properties, earning recognition for transforming urban landscapes with innovative planning and forward-looking vision.
Key Duties
- Manage detailed calendar schedules for senior leadership, coordinating activities across numerous offices and time zones.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external contacts.
- Handle distribution of audited financial documents, unaudited monthly and quarterly financial reports, alongside departmental mail and correspondence exchanged between offices.
- Oversee regulatory submissions and compliance filings to ensure timely completion.
- Develop and update distribution lists, directories, and departmental trackers to maintain accurate records.
- Process submission of expense reimbursements and paid time off records.
- Arrange travel plans for domestic and international trips.
- Assist with organizing team-building events, offsite meetings, and training programs.
- Monitor departmental budgets and communicate key expense figures to leadership.
- Prepare presentations, including slide deck creation, printing, and binding for meetings.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree.
- Hold between four to six years of administrative experience, preferably supporting accounting or finance teams.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is advantageous.
- Previous experience supporting teams across multiple locations is considered beneficial.
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and external business partners.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually.
