Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administration-centric service contracts covering facility upkeep, housekeeping, catering, transportation, security, and pest control services.
- Evaluate vendor performance, service deliverables, contract renewals, and cost-effectiveness.
- Direct housekeeping operations ensuring cleanliness and safety standards across factory, office, warehouse, and shared spaces.
- Coordinate employee support services such as catering, accommodation, transportation, office supply management, and locker administration to sustain employee satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Develop and track administrative budgeting plans, manage purchase requests and invoice processing, regulate expenditures, and explore cost-cutting opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Ensure adherence of all administration activities to company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations, including participation in audits and emergency preparedness; drive ongoing improvements in administrative functions and service standards.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience managing administration-related service contracts, specifically in facility services including housekeeping, catering, and transportation.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong skills in coordination, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
- Must be a Saudi national.
