Role overview
Kataliser is seeking an Admin Manager to take charge of day-to-day administrative operations, property upkeep, vendor handling, procurement, and support-staff supervision in Delhi. The position also involves close assistance to the Executive Director and reliable execution of assigned directives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee company properties, carry out regular checks, and keep maintenance needs updated and tracked.
- Support the Executive Director with administrative tasks and follow through on assigned instructions.
- Coordinate subcontractors, freight movement, and logistics-related activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure equipment remains functional and properly maintained.
- Handle purchasing, supplier coordination, and service delivery in a cost-conscious manner.
- Lead blue-collar support staff such as peons, office boys, and drivers, including attendance tracking and task distribution.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Applicants should have 7–8 years of experience in administration.
- At least 5 years of that experience should be in a managerial capacity.
- Prior exposure to vendor management, property oversight, and support-staff supervision is preferred.
