About Bowery Boost
Bowery Boost, established by women and based in New York City, is a digital growth and creative agency dedicated to scaling mission-driven e-commerce brands profitably. The agency focuses on paid media, performance-driven creative output, and analytics supporting brands in beauty, fashion, wellness, and consumer packaged goods sectors.
Role Overview
As a vital member of the creative team led by the Head of Creative Strategy, you will manage structured creative briefs, transform them into clear design deliverables, and actively participate in producing impactful advertising assets. Ensuring all outputs are precise, brand-consistent, and optimized for performance is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full creative production cycle for multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Interpret briefs into creative concepts, appropriate formats, and required deliverables.
- Design and modify high-performing static and video advertisements.
- Create templates, establish systems, and develop workflows to enhance and scale production processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of professional design experience, with a significant focus on paid social media advertising.
- Proven expertise in creating advertisements for channels such as Meta and TikTok.
- Advanced skills in Photoshop and preferably video editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- In-depth knowledge of elements that drive creative performance, including hooks, pacing, and messaging.
- Ability to work efficiently, rapidly producing iterations while avoiding excessive refinement.
- Experience in leading or mentoring fellow designers.
- Background in fashion, beauty, or consumer-brand sectors is preferred.
