Role Summary

Join the passionate team at Richard Hadlee Retirement Village in Christchurch as an Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM and is scheduled to commence at the end of September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a diverse program of recreational, social, craft, and diversional activities tailored for residents.
• Enhance residents' happiness, wellbeing, and overall quality of life through engaging initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with team members to foster a supportive community environment.
• Serve as a connector and ambassador for fun, creativity, and enjoyment within the village.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a full valid driver’s license and be confident in driving a manual van.
• Exemplify strong empathy towards residents and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills paired with a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
