Accounts Receivable Executive

Role Overview

Koenig Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to handle core receivables operations and support accurate revenue collection. The role focuses on billing, payment application, collections, and keeping financial records current within the ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receivables cycle, including raising invoices, applying customer receipts, and following up on collections.
• Make sure customer orders, invoices, and payments are processed accurately and without delay.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to clear billing mismatches and streamline process efficiency.
• Keep transaction records updated and accurate in the ERP system.

Experience & Technical Requirements

• Applicants should have 3 to 10 years of experience in accounts receivable or a closely related order-to-cash function.
• Sound understanding of Indian accounting practices, including GST, is required.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP or a comparable ERP platform is expected.
• Practical skills in invoice handling, receivables collection, and cash application are necessary.
