Job Overview

Dar Al Fikr Schools is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their finance team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires expertise in accounting principles and practical proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• At least three years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Preferred possession of a recognized professional certification, such as SOCPA, CPA, or CMA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software, with prior experience using Oracle ERP considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, internal control mechanisms, and fundamental auditing processes.
• Capability to prepare detailed financial statements, assist with budgeting activities, and conduct financial data analysis.
• Location requirement: must be based in or willing to work onsite in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
