About the Role
The position requires substantial experience with SAP software and entails overseeing daily accounting functions. The role includes preparation and evaluation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports to oversee the company's financial status. The individual will also manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure bank reconciliations and ledger accuracy are performed timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling daily accounting operations efficiently.
- Compiling and reviewing financial reports including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Monitoring company finances and providing regular financial health reports.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensuring timely reconciliation with banks and maintenance of ledgers.
- Overseeing statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and income tax regulations applicable in India.
- Coordinating audits and supplying necessary financial documentation.
- Directing cash flow management, budgeting, and overall financial planning.
- Leading and mentoring the accounting team.
- Maintaining adherence to accounting principles and internal company policies.
- Analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights to management for informed decision-making.

The candidate must be under the age of 40 years.
Required professional experience falls within the range of 10 to 15 years.
