Job Overview
The Account Manager will focus on cultivating and overseeing relationships with channel partners to boost sales and revenue. This position requires collaboration with partners and suppliers to effectively market and sell products and solutions, aiming to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies and support lead generation initiatives to achieve or surpass sales goals through channel partners.
- Maintain and strengthen existing partner relationships while sourcing new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and carry out joint campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners.
- Negotiate partner contracts including pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
- Resolve partner conflicts and issues promptly and professionally to preserve positive relationships.
- Analyze market data and partner performance metrics to uncover growth possibilities and areas requiring improvement.
- Ensure partners comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in channel sales, account management, or related roles, ideally within IT infrastructure.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a successful history of meeting sales targets and managing partner relationships with ability to analyze sales and market trends.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
