About the Role and Company
The Account Manager position at Aon, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, acts as the dedicated intermediary between clients and insurance providers. This role focuses on managing client accounts by tailoring insurance solutions to meet specific needs while ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture robust client relationships by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their insurance requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for all client communications, including inquiries, claims, policy renewals, and ongoing service support.
- Assess client risks and advocate suitable insurance products by negotiating with insurers to obtain favorable quotes and terms.
- Organize and present insurance proposals, coordinate policy placements, and oversee renewals efficiently.
- Guarantee all operations align with the Insurance Authority (IA) regulations pertinent to insurance intermediaries in Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records while staying informed on any regulatory developments impacting the insurance sector.
- Prepare detailed reports, manage client files accurately, handle premium collections, invoicing, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to expand business, and actively engage in marketing activities and client events.
Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related areas.
- At least two years of practical experience within insurance broking or related companies.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance marketplace and familiarity with IA regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
