Job Description
- Analyze customer center targets monthly and annually, monitor progress regularly with sales supervisors both inside and outside the Kingdom, and work towards achieving these goals.
- Regularly assess accessories inventory and notify the purchasing department to confirm new orders.
- Evaluate current product prices by comparing them with competitors' prices and adjust prices as necessary after management approval.
- Manage inventory rotation in warehouses and replenish stock shortages for all items.
- Personally follow up with key clients alongside sales representatives.
- Oversee all customer credit accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with all supervisors within Saudi Arabia and abroad to resolve any inquiries or issues that arise.
- Monitor competitors' activities in the market.
- Introduce new products to support accessories sales.
