About the Role
Velox Solution is seeking a skilled and dependable AC Technician to become part of their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, upkeep, diagnosis, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration units, maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring customer satisfaction along with safety protocols in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, service, and fix air conditioning systems.
- Identify electrical and mechanical issues in AC units.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to optimize system efficiency.
- Replace faulty parts and verify system functionality post-repair.
- Manage refrigerant charging, detect leaks, and perform recovery operations in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Record service details and prepare documentation for completed tasks.
- Respond swiftly to customer service calls and emergency breakdown situations.
- Adhere to company safety rules and industry standards.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and offer basic operational instructions.
Qualifications and Experience
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related discipline.
- Experience ranging from freshers with relevant training to 1–3 years as an AC Technician.
- Proficient knowledge of split AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, VRF/VRV systems, and fundamental refrigeration concepts.
- Capability to interpret technical manuals and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously and cooperate within a team environment.
- Readiness to travel to various customer sites as needed.

- Understanding of HVAC systems and routine maintenance tasks.
- Basic skills in electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Effective time management and keen attention to detail.
