Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Pune, India. The role involves working as an individual contributor in developing and customizing CRM solutions. The company is a digital product and platforms leader serving customers across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with over 3,000 employees since its founding in 2000. It focuses on creating AI-driven intelligent enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development including customization, plugin coding, workflow design, and Power Platform usage.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement development
- Proficiency in C# and .NET
- Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands-on with Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, and workflow creation
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate
- Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID for authentication, single sign-on, and system integration
Eligibility
Applicants must have a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization to qualify.
Compensation
The offered salary range for this position is from 1,500,000 to 2,250,000 INR per annum.
