Overview

Participate in the Find Your Fit virtual information session to explore the Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP). This session will provide insights from employees on their experiences and allow you to understand the various functions within operations at an investment bank.

Program Description

As a CADP participant, you will engage in impactful projects that affect actual business results. Responsibilities include enhancing processes and supporting strategic decision-making, contributing to initiatives that guide global business operations.

Skill development will focus on one of three main areas: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. Collaboration with colleagues across business lines will drive growth, innovation, strategy, operational efficiency, risk management, and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence. The program also offers exposure to different stages of critical business projects, demonstrating the collaborative efforts across various departments serving clients worldwide.

Requirements

  • Expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028 from bachelor's or master's degree programs
  • Interest in a rotational program spanning all business lines
  • Strong and diverse academic background
  • Passion for the financial services industry
