About the internship
This in-office internship is focused on producing sharp, engaging short-form video content for social platforms. The role involves turning raw footage into polished edits for Reels, Shorts, and similar formats, while maintaining a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form videos for formats such as Reels, Shorts, and YouTube Shorts.
- Shape raw footage by trimming, sequencing, and assembling clips into clear, engaging narratives.
- Enhance videos with captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
- Adapt edits for different platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Contribute ideas for stronger hooks and editing styles that help improve audience retention.
- Keep up with trending social content, viral formats, and new editing techniques.
- Support the team in developing content concepts and visual storytelling approaches.
- Ensure every output follows brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Edit content with engagement and watch time in mind.
- Prepare final exports in the correct platform-specific resolutions and file formats.
- Coordinate closely with social media managers and content strategists.
- Apply feedback quickly and manage revisions efficiently.
- Keep project files and editing assets neatly organized.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 24 June 2026 and 29 July 2026, commit to a 6-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in video editing and content creation.
Other requirements
- Candidates should have their own working laptop.
- Preferred location includes Delhi NCR, New Delhi, Noida, or nearby Delhi.
- Applicants should be familiar with video editing software and tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills are expected.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 3,000 to INR 5,000.
