About the Role

This internship is for a telecalling profile based in Dehradun. The selected candidate will support customer outreach and communication for a fintech lending business that works through its product, Neolend.

What You’ll Do

Reach out to potential customers by phone and engage them in outbound conversations.
Respond to incoming queries and share relevant details clearly and accurately.
Present the company’s products and services, and resolve customer concerns.
Keep daily call records updated and maintain CRM entries regularly.
Stay in touch with prospects and existing leads through timely follow-ups.
Work toward the assigned daily and weekly goals for calls, conversions, and follow-ups.

Who the Company Is

Surge Fintech Private Limited is a financial technology company that offers payday loan solutions to salaried individuals through Neolend. It functions as a facilitator and works with NBFC partners to manage the full lending cycle, including credit checks, loan disbursal, and collections.

Who Can Apply

Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
Applicants should be able to begin between 8 June 2026 and 25 July 2026.
The internship duration is 6 months.
Only candidates from Dehradun are eligible to apply.
Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role.
Women who want to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 to INR 10,000.
