About the internship
This in-office telecalling internship is centered on B2B outreach for SaaS offerings. You will connect with prospective business clients, communicate the product value clearly, support lead conversion efforts, and help the sales team move opportunities forward.
What you’ll do
- Place outbound calls to potential business customers and present the company’s SaaS products and services.
- Use clear, persuasive communication to capture interest and set up meetings with B2B prospects.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and enquiries so conversion chances are not missed.
- Record call outcomes, customer interactions, and sales progress accurately in the CRM.
- Work with the B2B sales team on lead-generation and closure strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling targets and KPIs.
- Share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams to support improvements in the offering and messaging.
- Develop and maintain professional client relationships through regular communication.
- Keep track of industry movements, competitor offerings, and market trends to position the SaaS solution effectively.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 7 Jul 2026 and 11 Aug 2026, and willing to commit to a 6-month duration. Stipend
The stipend is ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹3,000 to ₹10,000 per month.
