Internship Overview
StoryYell Private Limited invites passionate and goal-oriented individuals to join their talent acquisition department as Recruitment Interns. Key Responsibilities
- Perform over 100 outbound calls daily to potential candidates to initiate recruitment.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and role fitment.
- Source candidates via online job portals, social media channels, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Maintain and update accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines regularly.
- Manage interview scheduling and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Create, publish, and oversee job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Eligibility Criteria
- Availability for a full 6-month work-from-home internship.
- Ability to commence between 24th July 2026 and 28th August 2026.
- Possession of relevant skills and keen interest in recruitment or related fields.

Required Skills and Attributes
- Fluency in spoken Kannada and effective communication skills.
