About the internship

This internship is for a Support Executive who will help with everyday operations, manage support requests, coordinate across teams, and keep routine business work moving smoothly.

What you will do

Manage support tickets and respond to customer or internal requests.
Work with different teams to help resolve issues within the expected time.
Keep records, notes, and documentation organized and up to date.
Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Enter and update information in company systems when needed.
Track pending items, follow up on tasks, and make sure they are completed on time.
Provide regular operational assistance to support smooth business execution.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 28 June 2026 and 2 August 2026, available for 6 months, based in Mysuru only, and should have relevant skills and interest in the work.

Other requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort with basic computer work, including MS Office, email, and data entry.
Good coordination and organizational ability.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well with a team.
Previous experience in support or operations is preferred, but not compulsory.
