About the Internship
Step Up Marketing, a boutique digital marketing firm based in Toronto, offers a part-time, remote internship to boost your skills in social media marketing. This position is ideal for recent graduates or students interested in flexible work hours from 3:30 am to 7:30 am IST, aligning with the company's local work period of 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Create captivating social media visuals using Canva.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to generate fresh content ideas.
- Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and concise marketing copy.
- Assist in planning and scheduling posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Produce and edit short-form videos and basic reels with tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Contribute to website content updates and support digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the team on creative campaigns and client projects.
Candidate Criteria
- Must have access to reliable internet and a personal laptop.
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar fields.
- Proficient understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Experience with Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, or video editing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills paired with creativity.
- Submission of 3–5 relevant work samples like college projects, social posts, or design portfolios is required.
- Availability to start between July 14 and August 18, 2026, for a 6-month duration.

Additional Information
