About the Internship
Join ChocoCraft Creations Private Limited, a premium personalized gifting company specializing in chocolates with customized prints, and kickstart your marketing career during the festive season. Located at Goyla Gaon, Najafgarh, New Delhi (office-based near Sector 10 Dwarka Metro station), this internship lasts from October 1 to November 7, 2026 (38 days). Successful interns will receive a stipend of ₹25,000 on completion.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate design approvals, order status, and shipment tracking.
- Communicate politely and professionally in English and Hindi.
- Maintain documentation including Excel sheets.
- Assist with marketing and operational duties as required.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for full-time, in-office internship.
- Start between October 1 and 2, 2026.
- Available to intern for one month.
- Reside in Delhi.
- Possess relevant marketing, sales, and customer support skills and interests.
- Women starting or restarting their careers are encouraged to apply.
