About the Internship
Seeking motivated and ambitious females to embark on their career journey in management through a hands-on internship with Pan India Group, a reputed leader in event planning and management across the country. This program offers comprehensive exposure to operational and strategic aspects within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in structured training sessions aimed at enhancing leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Support the supervision and coordination of daily functions across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with employees, clients, and various stakeholders to facilitate workflows.
- Utilize advanced MS-Excel skills for report generation, data analysis, and project progress monitoring.
- Work collaboratively with teams to formulate and execute strategic plans to aid business growth.
- Learn business strategies under the guidance of experienced managers and senior executives.
- Undertake additional assignments and projects that contribute to company development.
Candidate Eligibility
- Female candidates available to commit full-time, in-office engagement throughout the 6-month duration.
- Applicants must be able to start between July 16, 2026, and August 20, 2026.
- Candidates should demonstrate relevant interests and skills suited for management roles.

Compensation and Benefits
This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 14,000. Successful participants will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion, valuable for career advancement.
