Internship Overview

This internship offers hands-on experience in manual image editing, where you'll manipulate and improve images while adhering to specific instructions and reference materials. You will be responsible for altering various image elements to produce visually appealing and realistic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual edits on images by following detailed instructions and sample references.
• Add, remove, or swap objects and individuals within images ensuring seamless, natural appearance.
• Apply localized modifications involving colors, textures, materials, patterns, shapes, poses, actions, and object states.
• Perform edits on backgrounds and environments, including replacement, removal, and adjustments to elements such as weather, seasonal cues, lighting, and time of day.
• Modify text, signage, screen displays, logos, icons, and other graphic components as directed.
• Incorporate artistic styles like painting, sketching, cartoon, anime, cinematic, vintage, or other specified themes.
• Preserve original image attributes including perspective, scale, lighting, shadows, reflections, texture, grain, and depth of field wherever applicable.
• Carefully follow masks, placement guides, and other task-specific instructions and references.
• Review completed images against quality checklists prior to submission and seek clarification whenever instructions are ambiguous or impractical.
• Ensure unchanged elements such as unrelated objects, people, text, layouts, and scenes remain intact unless explicitly directed otherwise.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be able to commit to a three-month work-from-home internship starting between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
• Essential skills include basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or comparable professional image editing software.
• Should possess good knowledge of layers, masking, selection, blending, retouching, and fundamental compositing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minor visual inconsistencies are critical.
• Understanding of perspective, proportions, realistic lighting, shadows, and seamless image integration is required.
• Ability to carefully follow written instructions and deliver consistent, high-quality visuals.
• Motivated to work independently and meet daily or weekly task-related goals.
• Fresh graduates and students with relevant skills and interests are encouraged to apply.
