About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience in comprehensive recruitment processes within a reputed jewelry manufacturing and retail organization based in Mumbai. The selected intern will engage in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple business units including Retail, B2B, Production, Corporate, and Support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles spanning Retail, B2B, Production, Corporate, and Support departments.
- Identify potential candidates through job portals, referral databases, and social media platforms.
- Screen applications meticulously, conduct telephonic interviews, and organize interview schedules.
- Liaise closely with department heads to gather approvals and collect feedback on candidates.
- Communicate offer details effectively and ensure follow-up till candidate joining.
- Administer joining formalities and collaborate with HR and Training teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Gather, verify, and organize employee documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), and candidate databases.
- Support ongoing HR operations including attendance monitoring and general employee coordination.
- Work towards timely closing of vacancies as aligned with manpower planning goals.
