About the Organization
Finobal Services is a strategic advisory firm focused on finance and fintech. The team is building a strong knowledge-led content ecosystem through articles, videos, podcasts, research reports, and industry conversations.
This opening is for a curious, execution-driven intern who wants to work closely with industry leaders while helping create impactful content and business assets.
Role Overview
The internship centers on research, insight generation, content support, and digital execution across finance and fintech topics. The intern will contribute to building a structured research base and help transform findings into usable content for multiple channels.
Research & Intelligence
- Carry out in-depth research on finance, fintech, AI, banking, NBFCs, EV financing, and regulatory developments.
- Monitor new trends, sector movements, funding activity, policy updates, and business opportunities.
- Find relevant facts, data points, case studies, and insights that can support content creation.
- Organize and update a research repository and knowledge database.
Content Creation Support
- Support the drafting of articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, video scripts, and presentation material.
- Turn research outputs into clear, engaging, and reader-friendly content.
- Assist in developing content assets for YouTube, LinkedIn, and podcast channels.
- Help with speech and presentation preparation.
Video and Digital Content Execution
- Support the recording of podcast and video sessions.
- Edit videos with Descript and other AI-based tools.
- Assist with LinkedIn growth activities.
- Contribute to event promotion and engagement efforts.
- Track content analytics and performance metrics.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to start between 20 June 2026 and 25 July 2026, commit for 2 months, and have relevant skills and interests for the role.

Location: Faridabad, India, with the broader location coverage including Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, and Noida.
