About the Company
Deepsense AI builds PerfectSkin, an AI-based skin coach that evaluates facial features and guides users toward better skin results.
Role Overview
This onsite internship in Bangalore is focused on creating and managing social media content for PerfectSkin, with an emphasis on Instagram growth, AI-assisted production, and community engagement.
Trend Research and Content Strategy
- Monitor Instagram daily for viral formats, trending audios, and Reels patterns across skincare, beauty, wellness, and related categories.
- Identify new content formats early and adapt them for PerfectSkin before they become saturated.
- Analyze competing brands and leading creators to understand what makes their content effective.
AI-Driven Content Production
- Use AI tools to produce content at scale.
- Create UGC-style videos such as talking-head pieces, testimonials, and before-and-after formats.
- Develop podcast-style short clips, street-interview or vox-pop videos, and animated explainers.
- Write compelling hooks, scripts, and captions designed to stop the scroll.
- Keep the brand voice and visual style consistent across all content.
Instagram Page Management
- Take ownership of one or more Instagram pages.
- Plan and manage posting calendars, Reels, Stories, and audience engagement.
- Work toward growth in followers, reach, engagement, and content output targets.
- Respond to comments and direct messages to help build an active community.
Creator and UGC Network
- Identify UGC creators and build relationships with them.
- Share briefs, review submissions, and coordinate publishing with creators.
- Develop a dependable flow of creator-generated content.
Eligibility
This role is open only to candidates who can work full time from the Bangalore office, begin between 29 June 2026 and 3 August 2026, and commit to the full 2-month duration. Applicants must be based in Bangalore and have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are encouraged to apply, and freshers may also be considered.
Other Requirements
- You should already manage an Instagram page or have scaled a page to more than 10,000 followers.
Additional Information
On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹6,00,000 to ₹8,00,000.
