About the Internship
This internship offers the chance to work remotely with a next-gen quick commerce platform, Celer.in, which innovates online shopping through a "try before you buy" approach. As a Business Development intern, you will help convert leads into sales and cultivate strong client relations while supporting various sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to convert pending leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain ongoing communication to strengthen client relationships and trust.
- Address client inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Source new business leads by phone outreach, networking, and market research.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule client meetings and close deals efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and regularly update CRM or data sheets.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.

Additional Details
