About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Business Development Intern specialized in creator partnerships to join our team at Bevysquare Social Private Limited. This position entails identifying, onboarding, and managing digital content creators for brand campaigns across various social media platforms. Your core focus will be on growing a dynamic creator network, facilitating collaborations, and ensuring the effective execution of influencer-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and recruit content creators on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging social channels.
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive database of creators from diverse niches including technology, lifestyle, finance, fashion, and gaming.
- Assess creators by analyzing their content quality, audience engagement rates, relevance, and alignment with brand objectives.
- Pitch campaign opportunities to creators, negotiate terms like commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and creators to guarantee timely execution of campaigns.
- Oversee creator partnerships throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from onboarding through to completion.
- Formulate scalable strategies aimed at expanding the creator ecosystem effectively.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with top-performing creators.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for creator-led brand campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure creator deliverables meet expectations.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign briefs.
- Manage documentation, contracts, and coordinate payments efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship at Noida location.
- Candidates should be able to commence the internship between July 18, 2026, and August 22, 2026.
- Availability for the full 2-month internship duration is mandatory.
- Relevant skills and a keen interest in business development and digital marketing are required.
Additional Details
- Stipend ranges from INR 8,000 to 12,000 per month.
