Workday Finance Functional Consultant (PSA Specialist)

About the Role

We are collaborating with a prestigious client to recruit a Workday Finance Functional Consultant specializing in Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Workday Financials. The position is based in Pune or Hyderabad offering a hybrid working arrangement. This is a full-time role requiring immediate availability or a notice period up to 15 days. A current and active Workday Financials Certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Provide functional consulting expertise on Workday Finance modules, focusing especially on Professional Services Automation (PSA) components such as Projects, Project Billing, and Project Tracking.
• Manage General Ledger and Financial Reporting tasks to support business needs.
• Handle Project Accounting and Revenue Recognition processes effectively.
• Configure business processes related to Workday Finance systems.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Finance systems in compliance with client requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years and up to 8+ years of professional experience in Workday Finance and PSA configuration and implementation.
• Active Workday Financials Certification is a compulsory credential.
• Graduation degree required; open to any discipline.
