About the Role
Veolia seeks an organised and practical Work Management Planner to oversee the scheduling and execution of maintenance activities within the Western Corridor Recycled Water Scheme. The role involves ensuring tasks are completed timely, safely, and to high standards by coordinating with maintenance and operations teams and utilising Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules using CMMS to meet service commitments.
- Facilitate fortnightly planning meetings with site teams to prioritise upcoming work.
- Enhance planning effectiveness by sharing best practices and identifying improvements.
- Coordinate major maintenance shutdowns by planning task sequences and timing.
- Maintain accurate scheduling systems, track spare parts inventory, and ensure precise records.
- Produce weekly performance reports to inform stakeholders of progress.
- Verify that completed maintenance complies with quality standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to prioritise jobs effectively.
- Engage with contractors to support maintenance projects as needed.
- Participate actively in meetings and toolbox talks to maintain team communication and alignment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines.
- Proven background in maintenance planning, reporting, and management.
- Extensive proficiency in CMMS software, preferably Infor EAM.
- Experience leading and collaborating within small teams.
- Desirable: experience in water or wastewater operations within an industrial context.
