Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics along with inventory management to ensure precise and efficient processes. Enforce regular cycle counts and stock audits to uphold inventory integrity. Manage loading and unloading tasks and ensure goods are stored correctly.

Coordinate last-mile delivery undertakings, guarantee prompt and accurate shipment arrival to customers. Collaborate with delivery partners to tackle operational challenges and improve route effectiveness. Track performance indicators to identify and bridge gaps in last-mile delivery.

Act as the main liaison for various clients, addressing their operational requirements and queries. Uphold exceptional service standards, providing timely updates and resolving issues efficiently.

Control and oversee inventory levels, handling discrepancies detected during audits. Generate and deliver management information system (MIS) reports that reflect warehouse metrics, inventory conditions, and client-related key performance indicators.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operational delivery and compliance with service agreements. Assess vendor performance and suggest enhancements whenever needed.

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and warehouse best practices. Perform regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational compliance.

Travel within Gurgaon and Delhi NCR to supervise and manage operations across multiple warehouse locations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management, including oversight of multiple client sites.
• Strong understanding of inbound/outbound operations, cycle counts, audits, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and experience preparing MIS reports.
• Excellent communication skills with proven client servicing and vendor negotiation abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel between warehouses in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR as necessary.
