Warehouse Specialist (HWF)

Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Specialist responsible for supervising warehouse operations, maintaining precise inventory records, and overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods with accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the warehouse ensuring inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Efficiently handle receiving, shipping, packing, and unpacking of products while complying with safety standards.
• Systematically arrange, label, and store warehouse items.
• Supervise the receiving, identification, dispatch, and quality assurance of goods prior to customer delivery.
• Maintain and organize inventory and storage facilities to optimize operational efficiency.
• Inspect incoming goods and prepare detailed condition reports.
• Identify prospects for operational enhancement and implement improved or new procedures and industry best practices within the warehouse.
• Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisors or management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and manage timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure all warehouse documentation is accurately created, processed, distributed, and archived promptly.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies, operational protocols, and industry standards.
• Accurately receive and issue goods to customers swiftly.
• Lead and coordinate casual staff activities ensuring effective productivity and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics and Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong capability in inventory management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; prior experience with warehouse or inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and inventory control principles.
