Warehouse Manager

Overview

The Warehouse Manager is primarily accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the finished goods warehouse, ensuring efficient management of receiving, shipping, inventory accounting, planning, and supervising the warehouse team independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, system data processing, coordination, and team leadership.
• Perform daily 6S standard inspections within the warehouse and provide training, guidance, and evaluation to warehouse administrators.
• Liaise closely with internal warehouse teams including forklift operators, receiving, shipping, and data management units to accomplish daily objectives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with foreign-facing departments such as import/export, personnel, security, production workshops, transportation, and planning departments.
• Analyze warehouse abnormalities, participate in core management discussions with Chinese management, and design and execute corrective strategies.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude by identifying, reporting, and resolving problems independently, showing initiative and resilience towards challenges.

Qualification and Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse management within large factories or companies, with deep understanding of logistics models encompassing planning, production, warehousing, inventory, and shipment operations.
• Capable of working under shift systems including day and night shifts; daily working hours amount to 12 hours.
• Experienced in managing a team consisting of no fewer than 50 personnel, skilled in motivating frontline staff to perform enthusiastically.
• Adheres strictly to company procedures while effectively developing work plans and prioritizing tasks to meet organizational objectives.
• Proficient with common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experienced in managing multiple warehouses and storage zones, with the ability to analyze workload and strategically allocate resources such as staff, vehicles, and equipment.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to candidates possessing extensive experience managing large-scale warehouse operations.
