Job Overview

We seek enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality team as Waiters or Waitresses. This position involves delivering outstanding dining experiences through professional, courteous, and attentive service to our guests. Key Duties

• Warmly welcome guests and escort them to their tables when needed.
• Present menus and provide thorough information about food and drink selections, offering recommendations when suitable.
• Accurately record guest orders and effectively communicate them to kitchen and bar personnel.
• Promptly serve food and beverages adhering to Hyatt’s service standards.
• Address guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and orderly.
• Assist in preparing tables before, during, and after service hours.
• Handle guest bills accurately and process payments as per hotel policies.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance guest dining experiences.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Delivering excellent customer service with enthusiasm.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team setting.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service practices.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic languages.
