• Move up and down steps four times
• Strike a tire across the floor, then hit it 10 times on top with each hand
• Pull a rope attached to a sandbag with an additional 35 lb dumbbell down and back on the apparatus floor
• Push up a 35 lb board 10 times with each hand using a pike pole
