Role Overview
This position calls for an experienced video editor dedicated to short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and collaborative creator videos. The content primarily centers on stock market and trading topics, requiring subject matter understanding beyond mere clip assembly. The role demands the creation of compelling openings within the first two seconds and sustaining viewer interest throughout.
Key Responsibilities

- Design strong hooks and maintain tight pacing to maximize engagement.

- Deliver quick turnaround times with minimal revision cycles.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should have proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, or CapCut for short-form editing. A solid grasp of retention-focused editing suited for Reels and Shorts is essential. Furthermore, candidates must possess genuine financial market knowledge — familiar with market trends, charts, and trading concepts — to independently produce finance content without extensive guidance. Experience in growing social pages from zero by leveraging effective hooks and formats that promote viral short-form content is highly valued. Candidates are expected to be self-driven and efficient in their workflow.
Application Requirements
Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing their work, including two short-form edits along with view and retention metrics. Descriptions of the strategies employed to drive these metrics should accompany submissions. Candidates unable to discuss video performance will not qualify. Financial content experience is a plus.
Compensation and Location
The role offers a monthly pay of up to ₹20,000, dependent on skill level. The position is remote with an option based in Jaipur.
