Role Overview

As a full-time Video Editor specializing in social media advertisements, you will become an integral part of a dynamic and motivated team, using your creativity and expertise to significantly contribute to our clients' success. Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging static and video creatives for social media channels representing some of the most exciting brands in the market.
• Develop and inject creative ideas to elevate our social media advertisements to a higher quality.
• Analyze the performance of video content and collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to maximize effectiveness.
• Bring videos to life by incorporating professional overlays and attractive animations, such as call-to-actions and end cards.
• Conduct research on current trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passion for video editing combined with a strong interest in marketing.
• Experience in editing social advertising videos; formal education in media design, marketing, or similar fields is a plus but not mandatory since skills are prioritized over degrees.
• Agency experience within the e-commerce sector is required.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro.
• Experience with After Effects is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense concerning visuals, sound, and music selection.
• Ability to combine creative cutting techniques with direct-response marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and conscientious work habits.
• Fluent in German with very good spoken and written English skills.
