Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced audiovisual production professional to join our team primarily responsible for editing audiovisual materials for uMind and its clients. The ideal candidate should master audiovisual language, adapt to diverse project requirements, and contribute to shaping processes and culture centered on delivering client value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all editing stages including assembly, editing, color correction, color grading, sound editing, special effects editing, motion graphics, and finalization.
• Identify trends, gather references, benchmark best practices, and provide insights to enhance the quality of audiovisual content.
• Pursue audiovisual excellence in every content piece and frame.
• Leverage client feedback to identify opportunities for improving service quality.
• Actively engage in internal process improvements and implementation of new workflows.
• Ensure all tools and systems remain up-to-date and functional.

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of photography and lighting principles.
• Strong sensitivity and aesthetic taste for narrative construction.
• Ability to anticipate production needs effectively.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience in visual effects (VFX).
• Work history with major production companies.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Additional Job Details
