Role overview

The business is seeking a Vice President to play a pivotal part in sourcing, executing, and overseeing principal investments. Key responsibilities

• Run investment processes from initial screening through to final completion across the capital structure.
• Develop financial models, valuation work, and return analyses to support investment decisions.

• Draft and deliver investment recommendations for senior principals.
• Assist with portfolio oversight and value creation work, including assets facing consumers.
• Help generate proprietary deal flow across a range of sectors and geographies.

Candidate profile

The preferred background is investment banking, ideally complemented by experience in private equity, a fund environment, or a family office. Experience in consumer-facing sectors is especially desirable. The role calls for someone with a proven record of leading transactions across the capital stack and strong financial modelling capability. The right person should be comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial setting and bring commercial judgement, discretion, and strong academic credentials.
